What group sizes do you organize?+
From 10 to 200+ guests. Smaller private trips are possible on request.
How far in advance should we plan?+
Ideally 2 to 3 months ahead for groups over 50, and 4 to 6 weeks for smaller groups. We also handle shorter notice when availability allows.
How does pricing work?+
Every trip is quoted per project. After your request, you receive a detailed proposal with itinerary and pricing, usually within a few days.
What deposit do you require?+
A 30% deposit confirms the trip. The balance is due before or on the day of the service.
What is your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 7 days before. Within 7 days, supplier fees may apply, and we always tell you the exact amount before you decide.
When is the best time to visit Marrakech?+
March to May and September to November are ideal. Winter is mild and sunny, summer is hot, so we plan more morning and evening activities.
Do guests need a visa?+
Citizens of the EU, UK, USA, Canada and many other countries can visit Morocco without a visa for up to 90 days. Please check your nationality before travelling.
Can you handle dietary requirements?+
Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free and allergy needs are collected in advance and shared with every restaurant and chef.
Do you provide guides and staff on the ground?+
Yes. Licensed local guides and our coordination team accompany your group throughout the programme.
Can we combine meetings with leisure?+
Absolutely. We source meeting rooms, AV and private venues, then build experiences around your agenda.
