Booking & payment terms

All bookings are confirmed by our team after checking availability with the local provider. You receive a written confirmation before anything is final.

A 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking.

The remaining balance is paid before or on the day of the service, depending on the experience. Your proposal states which applies.

Free cancellation up to 7 days before the booking.

Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a cancellation fee depending on the supplier's policy. We will always tell you the exact amount before you decide.
