The best time for a corporate retreat in Marrakech
Month by month: weather, prices and events to help you pick the right dates for your team.
Spring (March to May): the sweet spot
Warm days around 22 to 28°C, cool evenings and gardens in bloom. This is the most requested season for retreats and incentive trips, so book venues and riads 3 to 6 months ahead.
Autumn (September to November): our second favourite
Similar temperatures to spring and slightly better availability. October is ideal for desert dinners in Agafay and day trips to the Atlas.
Winter (December to February): crisp and calm
Sunny days around 18 to 20°C and cold nights. Great value outside the Christmas and New Year weeks, and snow on the Atlas makes a stunning backdrop.
Summer (June to August): plan around the heat
Days often pass 38°C. Programmes work best with early mornings, long pool afternoons and late dinners. Some venues offer lower rates.
